Hey, girlfriend!
I'm Sydney Schmille

Before we begin YOUR journey of total transformation,
let me share a story of
how I became the woman I always imagined.
This is over the course of the last
5-6 years, so get ready to scroll!
This is the part I used to dread sharing, but now I can say it with ease and comfort knowing that without it, I wouldn't be who I am today.
In 2015, I was 22 years old, working at a restaurant notorious for it's
tiny orange shorts and overly friendly waitstaff.

Scandalous, right?! Lol.

I hated that I worked there, but the money was easy AF, and I was actually really good at my job.
My fiancé is 8 years older than me, with an established career in the health field, and I was SO embarrassed when his family or friends would ask about my career.
I knew this is not where I wanted to be, but I was struggling to stay focused in school and felt completely lost.
Depression was kicking in BIG time and I was constantly feeling panicked
about the future.
Here comes my first exposure
to the world of coaching -
my mom bought me the book
"You Were Made for a God-Sized Dream."
This book changed my life!
It honestly didn't tell my anything I didn't already know, but
something just hit different.
I had already dropped out of college (for the second time), so I wasn't sure how I was going to make a realistic career happen ASAP.
Funny thing is, the universe had been patiently waiting for me to get out of my own way.
A management position was opening and although I did not want to spend another second in that building, this was a HUGE opportunity. I asked around and management was shocked that I wanted in.
It didn't take long for me to realize that although the money was cool,
I WAS MADE FOR MORE THAN THIS.
I wanted to be valued and respected, not working until 2am just to show back up at 8!
However, my dear ol' dad instilled that old school work ethic in me, so I stuck with it.
"No manager wants to hire someone that hops around, you need to stay in your position for 2 years."
*eyes roll so far back in my head, they get stuck LOL*
Obviously not what I wanted to hear, but he wasn't completely wrong.
Staying at that job actually got me approved for a beautiful home (in a premiere neighborhood) and this is where things get really fun.
Positive evidence of change started showing up in my life every day. The job didn't get better, but I did!
Once my mindset shifted,
opportunities flooded my doorstep.

An old friend was hiring for a position at an office. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no overtime. Literally all I wanted in that moment...BUT it was a major pay cut. I had some big girl decisions to figure out. I trusted my gut and I went for it.
After 90 days at that office job, I got promoted to a Senior position within my department.
One year later, I got promoted to the site's
Communication Coordinator.
ONLY six months into THAT position, and Human Resources offered me a Senior position in their department.

Oh...did I mention that my fiancé and I bought a tax firm during that time? With no experience doing taxes. Which then allowed us to invest in multiple business ventures.

Ya girl ain't afraid of a little hard work.
These results did NOT happen because of a college degree. I dropped out of college twice - still NO degree to this day.
These results happened because I believed in myself and I showed up every single day with a positive attitude
(and some serious skills in Excel). Lol.

All of these experiences led me
here, to you.
The power I felt knowing that I can create ANY result in my life was just too big to keep to myself.

You can design your dream life.
You can become the woman you've always imagined.

I want to work with you one on one to
jumpstart your own journey.
