First,  you'll receive an email with your homework.
This will be a series of questions to complete so I can gain insight on where you're at vs. where you want to be.
Doing this ahead of time will allow me to best serve you during our time together!

Next, you'll schedule your one on one call with me.
This is where we will create an action plan and review the strategies that would work best for you. Having a clear outline will help you show up with confidence.

Lastly, we will go over any remaining questions you might have so that you feel fully prepared to implement everything we discuss on the call.
