How did you become the Savvy Sister that you are today?
Hi! I'm Brynn Puzey, a Social Media Manager and Strategist. I love helping one-on-one clients grow and keep consistent on their instagram and business strategy, and am recently launching an online course called Social Strategy Blueprint!
What keeps you going when things get tough?
Progress is addictive. I love it. I love to see where I was a year ago, two years ago, and three years ago, and making sure that I have been progressing. Whether thats financially, emotionally or what! I love progress and being better than I was before.
What's one of the biggest lessons you've learned since starting your own business?
Energy is EVERYTHING! Your mindset and energy is your most valuable tool within your business. Take care of yourself, do things that make you happy, rest often, reward yourself, and celebrate always. Be mindful of your energy and be soft with yourself when you need it recharged. And when you're on fire - blaze ahead!
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give younger you?
Education is power. Keep educating yourself: reading books, listening to podcasts, and talking to experts in the field. You will feel so much more confident the more educated you are.

What's your go to stress reliever?
A hot bath on a slow weekend morning!
What's something you're currently celebrating?
So grateful for both variety and structure. In finding both, I've found so much happiness!
